The Sylverados DVDs are priced on a per unit bases.

You can also print and send your order (US Mail) along with your
check or money order for processing.

Shipping and delivery info
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hrs of placing an order.
All orders are shipped via US postal service and should arrive in
1 – 5 business days after your order is processed depending upon
your shipping destination.
Our standard shipping and processing charge is $2.95 per DVD unit shipped.
Express mail or overnight orders are subject to additional shipping fees.
Sorry no COD orders accepted.
Merchandise return policy
Movie DVDs, Music CDs, Books, software etc. are transferable media
therefore are not returnable. Even if unopened. This is necessary to help
minimize unauthorized copying of media content.
All Sylverados DVD sales are final.
In the event a DVD is defective we will exchange the product with the
same one originally purchased plus the cost of shipping and handling.
Additionally we will upon receiving and verifying the returned defective product, reimburse your shipping cost back to us.
The exchange policy is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
This return/exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date
of original purchase.
Orders returned for exchange that show signs of mishandling,
deliberate or accidental abuse will not be honored for exchang and will be sent back, with out reimbursement of shipping costs.
To receive an exchange you must:
Be original purchaser.
Submit copy of original sales receipt.
Properly mail to us the defective DVD with any/all attached peripherals
Include with your return:
A short explanation of the defective DVD

Privacy Policy Information
The Sylverados website and secure on-line store only gather information that you give us. When you make a purchase you provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information. You might also provide names, addresses and phone numbers for those to whom your purchases are shipped. We store this Information and use it only to respond to your requests, process your orders or to communicate with you regarding an order/exchange you have placed. The Sylverados do not perform any outbound telemarketing, nor will we sell/release any supplied information to any other third party and will maintain complete and total privacy of all personal information collected.
The Sylverados want a trusting relationship based on respect for personal identity and information by promoting the use of fair information practices. All personal information that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. The Sylverados reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of such changes on the info page of our website.
When you submit personal information to the Sylverados website store, you understand and agree that the information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and/or processed in any country in which the Sylverados maintains corporate offices, including but not limited to the United States.
There are other instances in which The Sylverados may provide your personal information if necessary in good faith judgment, to comply with state or local laws or regulations of a governmental or regulatory body, or in accordance or response to a valid subpoena, warrant or court order, or to protect the rights of the Sylverados stores, its employees or others.

When you visit the Sylverados website we use cookies for the sole purpose of keeping track of a shopping cart you may have ‘in progress’ and/or to keep track of address information for order processing purposes only.
Download Purchases
All Sylverado Shorts, Episodes and other downloadable or pay-per-view product(s) sales are final. They are a copyrightable media therefore
are not ‘returnable’ or ‘refundable’.
Products Requirements
The customer acknowledges that use of download product files may require
the use of other hardware and software third party products (not included with download product purchases) e.g., the ability to transfer product onto a physical media and render performance of products on suitable digital player devices and that such hardware and software is solely customer responsibility. It is also customer responsibility not to lose, destroy or damage the product and that the Sylverados shall be without any liability to customer in the event of any such loss, destruction or damage, accidental or intentional.
Product Specifications and Use
The Sylverados downloadable product(s) require a digital playing device e.g; personal computer, iPod, mp4 player etc. and third party software and/or player plug-ins e.g; iTunes, QuickTime player that are compatible with the MPEG4 file format standard in order for mp4 digital video/audio content to be utilized.
All Sylverado Shorts and Episodes download(s) have been optimized, converted and are available in the MPEG4 file format standard to the specifications below:

For customer convenience, we have optimized, converted and tested all Sylverados MPEG4 file formatted video downloads with the specifications listed above to work on the Apple iPod Classic. (model introduced 09/2007 with software version 1.1.1) It is highly recommended that you view and compare any other MPEG4 digital media player device specifications for MPEG4 file format playback compatibility before making a download purchase.
Download Delivery
The download purchase (transaction) is considered ‘complete’ or ‘final’ after the transfer of US funds have been approved, cleared and secured, and time limit for executing download purchase has expired. It is customer responsibility to promptly execute the download purchase procedure in a reasonable timely manner to ensure download delivery before file download expiration occurs. The maximum time allowance for download execution/delivery and download URL location is stated in the customer email receipt.
It is the customer responsibility to transfer downloaded digital files to a final
desired compatible mp4 playing device location.
Customer shall be authorized to use download product on no more than 3 digital devices at one time, e.g. personal computer and one portable mp4 player and one storage device, e.g. external hard drive or CD-Rom. Burning or exporting to a storage device are solely an accommodation to the customer and shall not constitute a grant or waiver of any rights of the copyright ownership in any audio/video content embodied in the download file.
The delivery of download products does not transfer or authorize ‘use rights’ of content copyrights for commercial or promotional purposes. Customer agrees not to modify, rent, lease, loan, de-face, sell or create derivative works from the product download in any manner.
In purchasing Sylverados downloadable product(s) the customer also agrees not
to distribute, transmit, copy or replicate any of the digital content download in whole or in part.
Customer acknowledges the download is strictly intended for personal non-commercial entertainment use only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
The Sylverados do not offer any refund, exchange, remedy or warranty
(written or implied) of its downloadable products in relation to compatibility
issues arising from any third party digital media mp4 file format player devices
nor does it make any recommendation or warranty of any such devices for
proper mp4 file playback.
